Fall 2013
A piece of work I am especially proud of this semester is my Linear Landscape Mini-Project, in which the objective was to draw a picture of landscape scenery using lines graphed on a coordinate plane. I am proud of it because I completed the challenge extension to the best of my ability, which turned out to be more difficult than I thought it would be. The challenge extension was hard because instead of just six lines in the picture being dictated by equations, all lines and shading had to be specified. My pride stems from my perseverance through what was one of our first Algebra II projects. In the completion of the Linear Landscape Mini-Project, I learned about and practiced graphing inequalities, as well as reformatting equations. What I learned about myself was how I approached challenge extensions, knowledge that guided my choices in the projects to follow.
